• Minimum stay:  3 nights
• Cleaning Fee: $250
• Property Damage Insurance: $59 and higher available through rental platform. A security deposit may be made in lieu of insurance.
• The Property Fee applies only to those guests choosing to add the Optional 2 BR apartment, which represents the rent of $270 per night, plus tax. There will be no additional cleaning fee is charged if the apartment is rented. If there are more than 10 guests, the apartment is required (every head needs a bed!) and will be added to a quote.
• State and Local Taxes: Rentals in Santa Fe are subject to the Santa Fe Occupancy Tax and Convention Center Fee (“Lodgers’ Tax”) and the New Mexico gross receipt taxes. These taxes are subject to change and are charged and collected by the rental platform.  Otherwise they will be charged and collected separately.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
• There are no refunds if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals

• The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental property caused the renter or anyone in their party during their stay.
